All orders are subject to product availability. If an item[s] is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you, with the following options:
- An alternative option if available
- Remove the item[s] that is out of stock, and proceed to supply the remainder of the order – with a refund of that product[s] value amount
- Full cancellation and refund of the order
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Jamaica, W.I.
Any shipments outside of Jamaica are not available at this time.
The delivery time is within two business days of receiving the order. The day the order is placed is not counted as a day.
Business day is defined as Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays.
Please note we do not ship on Sundays.
Delivery instructions are required at the end of the checkout process.
A clear address is to be included, along with any descriptors that may assist in ensuring the location is further identifiable.
Authorized person/persons are to be listed, with a valid ID – and are required to be presented on delivery.
Shipping costs are based on the weight and size of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
Sales tax is charged on all delivery costs.
In Store Pick Up Process
Once your order has been confirmed you may pick-up your order within two (2) working days of your order confirmation at the designated Greenwood Plaza store location indicated on your order form.
When picking up at any of our Greenwood Plaza store locations, please take the following with you:
- A valid government issued photo I.D.
- A printed copy of your invoice
- Authorized person/persons are to be listed, with a valid ID – and are required to be presented on pickup.
Where practicable you are required to inspect the items at the Pick-up for defect damage and confirmation of specifications, otherwise you are required to inspect the items within 48 hours of taking possession of same.
