Returns & Exchange Policy

At Greenwood Plaza we are committed to your satisfaction. If a product does not meet your expectations, we will offer an exchange, credit memo or refund. 

1.      Merchandise must be returned within thirty (30) days after delivery date in their original unopened package to receive credit or be exchanged.

2.      Returns and/or exchange claim will not be acknowledged without receipt.

3.      No returns and/or exchange on damaged goods. Merchandise should be thoroughly inspected by customer at the time of sale or delivery.

4.       Shipping charges for returns and/or exchange of merchandise in new, unused condition are not refundable.

5.        In the case of a defective item, an exchange will only be offered only when a repair is not possible.

6.      Products damaged while being used do not qualify for repair, credit or exchange.

7.      No refunds and/or exchange on electrical merchandise as these items are not covered by the 30 day money back guarantee.

8.      No cash refunds on merchandise.
