Dyna 300 — Ceramic Floor Tiles
Installing standard ceramic floor tiles over properly prepared concrete? Choose DynaFlor 300. It's a practical, economical option for compatible ceramic floor installations.
Dyna 400 — Ceramic Wall Tiles
Installing ceramic wall tiles? Choose DynaBond 400. This resin-reinforced thinset is suitable for compatible ceramic wall and floor installations.

Dyna 600 — Porcelain Tiles

Grey or White Thinset: Which Should You Choose?
Dyna 400 and Dyna 600 are available in grey and white. The right choice depends mainly on the tile you're installing.
- Grey thinset: Suitable for most ordinary opaque ceramic and porcelain tiles.
- White thinset: Preferred for certain light-coloured natural stones, mosaics and tiles where mortar colour could affect the finished appearance.
White thinset isn't necessarily stronger than grey. First, choose the correct Dyna product for your tile, then select the appropriate mortar colour.
What About Large-Format Tiles?
For large-format porcelain tiles, Dyna 600 is our recommended starting point. Check the product's approved tile-size and installation requirements before use, particularly for exceptionally large or heavy tiles.

Can I use Dyna 300 for wall tiles?
For standard ceramic wall tiles, choose Dyna 400. Dyna 300 is primarily intended for compatible ceramic floor installations.
Can I use Dyna 400 for porcelain tiles?
For porcelain tiles, we recommend Dyna 600. Dyna 400 is better suited to standard ceramic tile installations.
Can I use Dyna 600 for ceramic tiles?
Yes. Dyna 600 can also be used for compatible ceramic tile installations, although Dyna 300 or Dyna 400 may be sufficient for standard ceramic installations.
Is white thinset better than grey thinset?
Not necessarily. White thinset is preferred when mortar colour could affect the tile's appearance. For most opaque ceramic and porcelain tiles, grey is generally suitable.
Can I use Dyna 600 outdoors?
Use Dyna 600 outdoors only where the manufacturer's instructions approve it for the tile, surface and exposure conditions. Exterior installations may have additional requirements.
