1. What do you carry at Greenwood Plaza?

2. Do you offer delivery?

Yes! We offer shipping and delivery island-wide in Jamaica. You can expect to receive your order within a couple of business days (Monday through Saturday) of placing the order, excluding holidays. No shipping occurs on Sundays. Please note that authorized individuals must be listed in your order’s delivery instructions, and they must present valid IDs on delivery.

Note: We do not ship outside of Jamaica at this time.

3. How much do you charge for shipping?

The cost of shipping for your order will be based on your order’s size and weight. It will also depend on your delivery method. You can figure out your order’s cost by adding the items you’d like to buy to your shopping cart. Then going to our website’s checkout page. You will see the shipping charges displayed on that page. Keep in mind that sales tax will also be charged on your delivery costs.

You will not be charged for the items in your cart until you submit the order.

4. Can I pick up my order in person?

Absolutely! You can pick up the order within a couple of business days of placing the order. When you pick up your order, you will need a government-issued ID and your invoice.

6. What if I order something that isn’t in stock?

If your desired product isn’t available when you place your order, we’ll notify you and give you a few options: 

  1. We may suggest an alternative product if available. 
  2. We can remove the out-of-stock item from your order and supply the rest of your order. 
  3. We can cancel and refund your order.

7. How do you handle returns and refunds?

From the day you receive your order, you’ll be given a 30-day period to ask for a return. The product you wish to return must be in the original packaging as well as be unused/unworn with tags. A receipt is also needed to complete the return. Please note that you may be charged a restocking fee of 10% for any return.
