1. Bring cheques to a Greenwood Plaza location; do not deposit them into a listed account. Orders are processed after cheque verification and clearance, which may take up to three business days.
2. For a bank transfer or cash deposit, quote your invoice, order or customer account number and email the transfer confirmation or deposit receipt to payments@greenwoodplazaja.com. Payment confirmation documents do not confirm that funds have reached our account. We will process the transaction only after the funds are received and verified in our account.
3. The time it takes for a bank transfer to reach our account depends on the originating bank and the transfer method, including ACH, RTGS or international wire.
4. Customers are responsible for incoming and intermediary bank charges and any shortfall from fees or currency conversion.
5. Certain building materials attract a surcharge when paid for by credit or debit card, whether in-store or remotely. The surcharge does not apply when these purchases are paid for in cash at a Greenwood Plaza location or by bank transfer.
6. Before acting on any message that changes our bank details, verify the change with Greenwood Plaza using a phone number listed below.
7. A quotation does not reserve stock. We will confirm availability when the order and payment are verified.
8. For all purchases made remotely, we verify the customer’s identity using a valid government-issued photo ID before releasing the goods. If collecting in-store, bring the ID and your order or transaction reference. Contact us in advance if another person will collect the order.
9. Enter card details only on our secure payment page. Never send card details by email or message.

1. Goods are billed at the prevailing price on the date of delivery. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Goods must be returned within seven (7) days of purchase for credit or exchange. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee, which will be deducted from the credit note issued. No exchanges will be accepted after this period.
3. Damaged goods are non-returnable. Customers must inspect goods thoroughly upon receipt.
4. No exchanges are allowed on special orders, electrical items, or perishable goods.
5. No cash refunds are available after the day of purchase. Eligible returns will receive a credit note, subject to any applicable restocking fees.
6. Customers are responsible for all fees related to bank transfers and dishonoured cheques, including any associated bank charges, collection fees, and legal fees.
7. Special orders require a non-refundable deposit and are not eligible for return or refund unless defective upon delivery.
8. Perishable items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective at the time of purchase.
9. Goods are sold with manufacturer warranties where applicable. Greenwood Plaza Company Limited does not provide additional warranties unless explicitly stated.
10. Greenwood Plaza Company Limited is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the purchase or use of goods.
11. Delivery is subject to availability and will incur additional charges. Delivery will be made to the nearest accessible point, typically the main entrance or a location safely and reasonably reachable by our delivery personnel. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery point is suitable and accessible. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.
12. Promotions are valid as specified and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
13. Customers must ensure that goods purchased are suitable for their intended use. Greenwood Plaza Company Limited is not responsible for improper installation or use.
14. Customer information is stored securely and will not be shared without consent, except as required by law.
15. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Jamaica.
16. Greenwood Plaza Company Limited reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms take immediate effect upon posting.
