Lanco® Siliconizer™ is a styrene acrylic silicone modified roof coating 100% elastomeric and ultra-white. This coating with 575% elongation is internally plasticized to retain its mechanical properties for many years. A heat-reflective and elastomeric formulation to protect and waterproof a wide variety of structurally sound roofing substrates. It will provide a seamless, waterproof and weather protective seal, tightly adhered to the roof surface.
