We’re Open: Adjusted Hours & Post-Hurricane Operations

We hope this message finds you and your loved ones safe following the passage of Hurricane Melissa. The past few days have tested our strength as a nation, and our thoughts remain with everyone across Jamaica as we recover together from the storm’s impact.

At Greenwood Plaza, we are deeply grateful that our team members are safe. However, like many across the island, we experienced significant damage to our properties and operations. Our focus now is on restoring services, maintaining stability, and supporting our community as we rebuild.

🕓 Store Hours & Operations
We have resumed operations with adjusted hours as part of our recovery efforts.

Our Hardware & Home Centre and Supermarket are open Mondays to Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Sundays from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Please note that our GWP Tile Gallery store in Fairview, Montego Bay will remain closed until further notice.

While we continue to restore full operations, some systems are down or functioning only partially, and we are allowing customers into the store on a phased basis to ensure everyone is served safely and efficiently. We ask for your patience and understanding as service may be slower than usual.

📞 Communication & Connectivity
At this time, our phone lines and internet connectivity are down, which may make it difficult to reach us through normal channels.

We are actively working with our service providers to restore communication as quickly as possible and will update you once full contact options are available again.

💚 Fair Pricing & Community Commitment
We understand that rebuilding after the hurricane brings many challenges. Please be assured that our pricing strategy remains the same, with only necessary adjustments based on supplier changes.

In addition, we will be offering discounts on select items where possible as part of our commitment to helping customers and communities recover.

We want to make it clear — we will not engage in price gouging. Our goal is to continue serving you with fairness, integrity, and compassion during this recovery period.

Our Supermarket is open and stocked with groceries and everyday essentials to help your household get back on track.
